ALT Systems offers expert technical support to help identify and resolve hardware and software problems. We offer several flexible options:

Hourly/Daily Support

ALT Systems offers hourly technical support, as well as the option to purchase a pre-paid block of support hours at a discounted rate. The hours can be used on an as-needed basis and do not expire.

Managed Services

ALT Systems offers Managed Services uniquely tailored to the requirements of individual facilities. Services can include on-site media management, staff augmentation, preventative maintenance, upgrade readiness reviews, and ongoing training.

Managed services require a minimum commitment of regularly scheduled appointments over a 3-month period.
