When NBC Universal needed to reduce storage costs for their worldwide creative marketing team, the studio asked ALT Systems to help.

ALT Systems – a Long-Term Technology Partner to Turning Point Ministries
Turning Point Ministries is one of the world’s largest religious broadcasters, with a global reach of more than 2 billion households per week. For 15 years, ALT Systems has designed, deployed, and supported the video editing infrastructure so the organization’s founder, Dr. David Jeramiah, to create content for broadcast and online distribution.
More than a decade ago, Turning Point Ministries was building a brand-new state of the art media production facility, including a post-production infrastructure of more than a dozen audio, video and VFX suites. ALT Systems was chosen as their preferred technology partner, and that relationship has been ongoing ever since. Originally specifying and deploying every workflow detail from supporting large file formats, SAN storage for collaboration, Production switch architecture, and Archive and DR strategies, ALT Systems is involved in regular facility upgrades and front-line support.
Recently, Turning Point worked with ALT Systems to replace the original SAN system and upgrade to a larger, more scalable solution.
